I was chatting to someone the other day and the conversation swung to funny situations we had found ourselves in and we looked at each other and started laughing! You know that real uncontrollable belly laugh that takes your breath away, rocks your stomach and gives you lockjaw leaving a smile on your face for yonks’ after. It got me thinking about having that kind of fun in our daily life every day and I realized that so many of us are starved of fun and take our daily life far too seriously. You know when you get so on to it in the pursuit of a goal that you become that little hamster on the wheel going flat out rarely coming up for air right! The type of fun I’m talking about is a super vitamin that is in short supply and we need to really start each day being aware of how we are feeling and being really mindful to pop our super fun vitamin each morning so we get a dose of fun and happy every day.
